Step 1: Access the InvtAI Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the InvtAI dashboard by clicking on the following link: https://app.invt.ai/livechat

  2. Log in using your credentials. If you don't have an account, sign up to get started.

  1. Once logged in, create a Customer Support Bot

  1. Configure the LiveChat settings to match your website's specific needs.

Enter the website URL, support url, security domain and click "Next" button.

  2. Refresh your website. You can see the customer support live chat there.
